THE PCC OXYGEN PLANT
Emergency health care and intensive Healthcare most often, thrives on the availability of trapped, purified and bottles oxygen for effective treatment outcomes and reduction of death rates.
Unfortunately, in lower medium African countries South of the Sahara, by 2020, there were only about 0.14 oxygen ventilators per 100,000 persons, especially at the peak of the Covid-19 pandemic.
CEDAR-COM, after successfully contributing in the mobilization of resources for the establishment and sustainable running of an Oxygen Plant by PCC in Limbe, is partnering to ensure a successful roll – out of the project.
It is hoped that, thanks to the dynamic leadership of the PCC Moderatot and his team, this unit provide oxygen cylinders for hundreds of health Facilities in Cameroon and the CEMAC Region at a more available and affordable rate.
It should be noted that the few available intensive care units mostly serve urban populations and are hard to reach for rural communities.
CEDAR-COM is increasingly promoting sustainable health care ventures and investments through effective resource mobilization, planning, management and monitoring.

This project entails the ongoing construction of a factory and warehouse, as well as recruitment, training, equipment and management of staff to ensure sustainable production and provision of the life – saving oxygen cylinders.
