The 10th edition of Blow di Blow was nothing short of inspiring! This year, CEDAR-COM, the Feed & Keep Fit Project, and the Presdiet Unit of PDUCH joined forces to champion women’s health and overall wellness. Together, we offered free screenings for non-communicable diseases (NCDs), sensitized women on healthy feeding habits and balanced dieting, and provided first aid support to our runners.

The event kicked off with an exhilarating run from Pala Fields to Bova Three and back, setting the tone for a day filled with energy and joy. Women from diverse groups and communities showcased their talents in a vibrant dance competition, followed by cultural musical presentations that celebrated heritage and unity. The fun continued with exciting slots like the artists performances and more, bringing laughter and connection to all.

In the spirit of recognition, trophies were proudly presented to winners by officials, honoring not just athletic achievement but the spirit of participation and community.

We are proud to share that we attended to over 100 women directly, and reached over 500 people with brief but impactful sensitization on the importance of healthy living through proper dieting and eating habits.

This milestone event was more than sports—it was a movement for wellness, empowerment, and togetherness. Holding true to the project slogan of Improving the lives of women, one meal, one step, one voice at a time and meeting our aim of empowering women, families and communities through nutrition, health and fitness.
